Fibromyalgia is a mystery, really. I have been dealing with it for 3 years now, and can't say when or how it started, and my doctors have not been able to give me the answers, either. I have Fibromyalsia & yes it can B aggrivated by an injury but generally U hurt anyway. It is NOT caused by an injury tho. Mine is associated with Bipolar Disorder...
