Yes. As long as the tampon is right for your flow you should have no problem and nobody will notice its your time of the month.

Yes! They work great! TAke some extras with you to change right after your done swimming and your good to go. Have fun!

I always do. Also, being in the water has the effect of stopping the flow temporarily. The downside is that after you get out of the water it seems to increase temporarily

yes, just make sure that you have it in correctly or else water will be absorbed causing it to expand and that's not very comfortable!
