Because certain groups here complain if kids are kept back in school so they pass them to the next grade without really knowing how to read and/or write or to know any grammar. Thanks to liberal groups who think it is not right to keep kids in grades until they learn what they should. It is incredible to see in this website how many people thought people in Spain spoke Mexican! Whatever!

Some may not have proper grammar because there from another country and English is a second language to them. To them I say Welcome and most decent people will try and answer your question's as well as we can.
To the other "MORONS" born and raised in the United States, I blame the lousy school system we have. That and the fact they really are morons and too lazy to even use the spell checker.
I'm certainly not perfect, and one of the worlds worst spellers, but I agree with you. A lot of foreigners speak English better than Most Americans.

It is because so many of the users of this site are all illiterate. Most are all under the age of 12. They havent learned how to spell correctly. My favorite is when things like "do u lik 2 go 2 ur frnds house + play games with ur frnds" The people here need to take lessons in how to spell and type. I hate getting answers to questions that are written incorrectly.

i ought to imagine that is a blend of lack of expertise, stupidity and habit. some human beings purely purely won't be able to spell. some purely can't form. some do not understand English as their common language. some are used to 'texting' and function their own shorthand (it is you Brits). some imagine it is cool to spell issues incorrectly. some are purely flat out stupid. Take your %.. won't be able to say I blame the ignorant or recurring... The stupid... properly... the international needs all varieties, i assume.

Because American schools are too busy teaching such nonsense as "Johnnie has 2 mommies". They don't have the time to teach the important things.

For one of a few reasons:
1. English is not their 1st language.
2. They have been educated in the public school system.
3. They are just lazy or give no attention to detail.

Because they are like 12 or 13 years old! Crazy huh? I don't understand it myself, I don't have the best grammar but I do have enough sense to use spell check.
