No, there is no way of getting rid of it, that shows that you have healthy erections. If you do not have one, you should start to worry. FYI: It is not a pee hard on and having to urinate has nothing to do with it. While your body is sleeping, it enters the REM state, which is the most relaxed the body can be and all muscles and tissue are relaxed. Also, in the morning your hormones are the highest. Tissue in a very relaxed state, plus hormones at the gihest, equals morning erections.

I wake up like that too it does not bother me. Its normal dont worry about something like that. I think it is the best time to have sex though your at your hardest and can last longer well thats the case for me. Good luck with you problem.

I have been told that it quits after you get on up in age 30's or so I guess. I'm 25 and I still wake up with one so I dont know??

Why would you want to avoid it? It feels great! Just stroke it off when you wake up.

No, that's called a pee hard.
There is nothing you can do, most males wake with a Hard on, as soon as they pee it goes away.
