before I get some half wits wondering what the question is about. It is about the recorded conversation between Blair and Bush at the G8 summit last week.

Bush shouts "Yo Blair" and old Tone Capone comes over subserviantly and is constantly cut off and interupted by Dubya. I'll leave you to go to the news sites and get the video.

Its a damning indictment on the state of play between the two countries.

Britons should be allowed to vote in American Presidential elections,after all,America dictates British foriegn policy,and have the legal right to have British citizens arrested & taken to America, without recourse to British courts.Bush treats Blair like some small-town Mayor,no respect for the country Blair governs.

No, but Blair has been very clever. By purely condemning the US other countries have got nowhere. By working with Clinton and Bush Blair has been quite influential. Eg - He persuaded Bush to go to the UN prior to moving into Afghanistan
