The more experience the better. I can almost guarantee you a part tomorrow if you want it. Check the papers and start auditioning for community theater. They are always looking for people, and it is an excellent place to get experience and something to put on your resumee. No pay, but it pays off in the long run.

I have watched several people my theater group go on to commercials, TV, theater, and even movie roles.

Get the experience needed to get the jobs

Perhaps there is a communications breakdown between you and your agent? I'll tell you this in all honesty... your agent needs to be your friend... your confidant... someone with whom you have a very close personal relationship. Reading your post tells me quite a bit about your personality... you take short cuts... you don't care about your appearance, or how others percieve you. I don't like reading messages such as the one you have written. It tells me that you are comfortable communicating only with like minded "Sloppy" people who don't understand how important their image is in this business. You can't spell... you can't write... and you obviously don't care. If I were your agent, (and I'm an actor, not an agent) I'd be embarrassed to send you out on auditions, knowing that you would be interacting with some very important people... people who will remember not only you, but ME as well... they will think that YOU are the type of people I represent, and I can't afford to tarnish my image by sending in a sloppy, unprepared actor or actress. My agency is only as successfull as the actors and actresses I represent.

There seem to be far too many aspiring actors and actressses who don't understand that your appearance (not just your physical self, but your intellectual self) is very important in this business. If you come off as an uneducated boob (as does your "i wanna be... " question) you won't get the attention and representation you need to survive.

My suggestion.... pay attention to your writing skills. Your writing skills reflect your verbal skills, and are very telling of your personality.
