Yeah they love a gorrila!
Tallness can indicate good diet, dark is construed as healthy and handsome (left right symetry) indicates fewer mutations.
There is evidence to suggest that women to choose taller mates statisticly and people with symetrical faces are shown to be more attractive, but that's about it.

Why thin, blounde, with big boobs? Or what ever the obcession some guys have with redheads?
I like a man who is taller than me. I think it's a security thing The guy I dated who was shorter than me went back and forth between being a ***** and trying to prove himself all the time. I felt like the man...
And I like dark hair and brown eyes. I don't kow why. Just nice to look at.

For the young ladies maybe its yes. But for me no. My ideal man is a responsible man for his wife and family. Its not the heights, skin color and the face can support a family needs.

it looks great in magazines but I prefer a guy with a great sense of humor. the ideal man is one with a JOB and great personality!!! lol!! I have dated tall, dark, handsome, stupid, and broke...that relationship was shorted lived after two months...lol

I don't think an ideal man is tall, dark and a taxi-cab but whatever floats your boat.
Tall, dark and HANDSOME is always good though....

just a cliche like blonde blue eyed for women.
I like my men dark but thats it haha. tallerish doesnt hurt. I love nerds though not exactly handsome....

its the basic description for olden day arabic men... they were very tall, dark and relatively handsome cause most had many wives..
