I think australia. Aus. is never in the news for war they dont bother getting involved with anything its like they dont even exit to the rest of the world. Its like they are in their own little planet over their. I cant remember that last time I seen them on the news. The other two choices would be Canada or Antartica who the hell wants to fight in below zero weather.

Being in Antarctica would keep you safe from the effects of war, but the whole lack of food and resources might get you in the end. You could always just head for the hills like the movie Red Dawn.
