Any computer, laptop or PC, will give you years of satisfaction if you keep it Defragmented and Disk Check. Do a Disk Clean at the same time - at least once a month................

Well...I've had my laptop for more than 3 years now and it is still working. A friend of mine owns a laptop which is now more than 5 years old and still in perfect working order. The only complaint I've heared about DELL laptops is that they become very very hot. In fact at a Convntion in Japan one of the laptops simply burst into flames.

What kind of problems are we talking about? I have had my Dell Inspiron 8100 for 6 years and its still going good.
