Do you think if everyone made an effort to be a better person, the world would be a better place? Meaning, if people stopped being selfish, rude, money hungry, murderers, racist, criminals, the list goes on.

Yes of course. Everything you know can always be better.
Think how much nicer people are around Christmas. Now if that could be stretched over the whole year, we would already have a great improvement.

No the world cannot be a better place once satan is in this world because, he is the lover of sin, confusion, hatred, war etc. The only peace we have is in Jesus and we have to ask God to let us see others as he See's them and let us love other as christ love us. As christians we pray for peace and betterment but it only can come from god.

the only way to do that is with the power of God and Christianity...no other way...only God has the power to bring people together that way...people will not listen to a single human being...only when God enters the picture will they care enough...that's just the way it is...sinning will never stop happening until after the tribulation.
