my age is 17.i want some good diet chart and some work outs tips.i want to reduce my weight in 15 days or 1month.i also want to increase my height.so please some solution,so that i can overcome my difficultiy.i m ready to do do hardcore diet.i also have pimple problem.so suggest me some solution.

Okay, you're 5'1 and you're 57lbs? I'm a little under 4 feet because I have dwarfism and I weigh 75lbs. Since I have dwarfism, I know there is no way you can grow taller unless you undergo surgery called "Limb Lengthening". I took growth hormone shots as a kid, but after you are 16 years old you cannot get those shots. Pretty much you are stuck. However most people stop growing when they are about 21 years old, so you may be able to grow another inch or two.

Try to develop some self-esteem and be happy with who you are and figure out what you want to do with your life. As long as you wear presentable and comfortable clothes that are clean and you are respectful and friendly, you can get far in life no matter how tall you are.

Sure I'm very short and I have dwarfism, but I like who I am and I have a wonderful job, adoreable husband, a cool car, my own apartment and my own life!

57 what? if it's lbs you need to gain weight. Kg, then maybe lose a little. Getting taller! No chance, you are probably at your maximum height and nothing except maybe growth hormone will change that. probably too late for growth hormones now. Just get gentle exercise, walking or cycling. eat lots of salad, fruit and vegteables. At least 5 portions a day. That will help stabilise you weight at ahealthy weight for you bone stucture. It should clear up the spots too. Wear shoes with a 2 inch heel to make you look taller and clothes too can amke you look taller. I'm a guy and 6ft 2" lol. But look really tall in a pin striped suit!

lets forget the pimples for a while.
wat u need to do is shopping for gym equipments!
but if u cant than do exactly wat i tell u to :
wake-up at 7:30 am & go jogging for 15 mins
take low calorie breakfast
at 8:00 skip rope for half hour
stay busy for job or studing
after go jogging again
do this everyday to lose weight easily
DO DIETING AS MUCH AS U CAN!

for the pimples :
wash your face every 5hrs

Your weight is 57?! That is severly underweight. You need to GAIN weight. I think you have a diet problem if you are still trying to lose weight. You should be happy with who you are and try to live healthier.

pro-active for the pimples, heels, for the height problem, and aerobics or tae-kwon-do for the weight. (my sis takes the tae-kwon-doe and lost 5 pounds in a week, but she was eating well too.)

I wouldn't be so concerned with your height, your weight seems to be a more serious problem. You should consult with a physician.
