This is a very hard question to answer and only you will know what is right for you. Canada is a very good country to live in, and it can be a very rewarding or scary experience. But having the answer ahead of time can make all the difference in the world.
If i had a job offer the first thing i do is research the company i always start at the better business bureau (BBB) as they will have a list of all complaints against a company.

You would also try contact the local embassy, at start filling out any paper work as this can take a long time.

Yes defiantly, I haved lived in both places and Canada is a lot friendlier and cleaner

If the Canada job pays enough to make relocation worthwhile, go for it. That's your decision. If you don't have any experience driving on snow and ice, you'll get it soon enough.

its almost certain that you will be paid better in Canada, the only question is are you willing to move.
