Any email can copied. Once the email is sent it's beyond your control. Encrypting the email would make it useless to anyone other than those who have the key.

On your computer you can save the email to a .eml file then delete it from Outlook. Then you can zip the .eml file to a password protected file.

Go into the Helps in Outlook and do a search for "forward". You will see a document on how to prevent forwarding (and Reply All) on documents. As it includes picture I could not copy/paste into here for you. Sorry.

give the password to your pst so noone can access your mails
