You just have to flirt with her a little. Sure she will give you some small signs to show you that's shes interested in you. Ask her if she wants to hang out some time. I'm trying to get with a older person too. I'm 21, and she's 33.

Im 42...really the same way you would talk to any woman. Just make general conversation to start with...get to know her interests, then ask to join her in one of them.

If u are in the same working environment, try to assist her whenever u can. In this way, u can break the ice and follow up from there.

The first thing to do is make sure she doesn't have any children your age. That's a relationship stopper right there.

Smile at her whenever you see her look your way. When you find her smiling at you easily already, strike up a conversation. Ask her how she is doing and ask her if she'd like to have coffee with you. The key here is to be open to it. When she sees you are warm to her, she'd also warm up to you. :)
