why do people do not worship one "god"? while they can't work under two "bosses"??

That's the problem

They all believe theirs is the one and only God,
and hate anybody who has different beliefs

It is not the religion that is at fault ,it is the people within them .

I believe peace would break out, all over the world ,
if only people would believe in one God .

Peace would cause a lot of redundancy and poverty,
with those involved in the 'arms trades'
Who keeps wars going , breeding more bitterness
and anger, between generations of people .

I wish there was an easy answer to your question ,

the average person does have one singular god/reigion/belief. Most people can work for A boss , I'ts the boss's that get mad at each other for giving the employee conflicting commands It's a power play. Each bosss thinks they are correct.

e.g, every child " works" for MoM and DaD. The mom and dad may bicker over who is correct, but ultimately the child will follow the parent that comes across the strongest. The Child may like to go to church/ synagog/ or just medatate. not all clothes fit everyones taste.
Everyone does worship one "god" just so happens to not be the same as everyone elses. the defintion i of "god"s the same to each person. Just a different belief system/ religion
