I would say b) comma. Many people use them where they should have periods, or just use too many in general.

None of the above - the most misused punctuation mark is the elipse, or ... It's supposed to be three dots only, used at the end of a sentence, to indicate the end of a thought or concept that might be continued... So many people just use it at the end of a sentence and use as many as they want.

Second place is the exclamation point. People think that by adding 17 or 63 exclamation points that it makes their point all the more. One is sufficient, or should I say one is enough!

Can I please add e) ellipsis. Thanks to the advent of MSN-English, it seems like everyone ........ always wants to ........ put in a bunch of ellipses ......... you know?
