Let me analyze this dream.
cactus = with pointy thing , PAIN
give birth = labor pain
I am not sure if you are pregnant. If so, you may be in the FEAR of pregnancy. You heard about pregnancy and yet you didn't experience it. So, you projected the cactus in your dream to first experience what labor pain feels like. Your subconscious mind is telling to set a ready mind so you won't feel so painful in reality. As a matter of fact, this is because you are fear of it. So you put projected cactus as symbol of PAIN
If you have baby before, it simply it is a reminder of labor pain again. Maybe there was something happened in your first born. And you may want to be careful this time. Again, projecting the cactus most likely signify 'FEAR' OR 'WARNING"

but let me tell u somthing if cactus is somthing bad or ugly that mostly means ur about to do somthing stupid or bad!!
but most of the times bad dreams comes from a pressure on the mind so maybe u did somthing bad and it worries u too much and u regret it!!

Well, let's see......cactus can prick you.....maybe you were dreaming of a bunch of pricks you know and were afraid of getting pregnant.
I'm not saying you sleep around, I'm saying that you know a lot of guys that maybe you are attracted to, but are worried about getting pregnant from one of them. I would say it was some kind of a warning dream about some kind of get away that is planned and you shouldn't go.
