Didn't he have a patch over one eye I seem to recall?

WAS the patch always on 1. the same eye or 2. different eyes depending on the episode or 3. sometimes not on at all. Nobody seems to know for sure. I will have to re-phrase the question to find out who his Dr. was...he/she would know.

it was for effect to make him look harder i mean just look at that old saying "are you a man or a mouse" so he had to do something
