What really angers me is the yahoos that fly past my loaded semi, only to slam on the brakes for a right turn or exit. I've ruined many a tire avoiding them and one 1 occasion there was a pedestrian crossing and if I hadn't started braking when I did, .. The worst part is they seem to have no idea how dangerous what they did was. What do I do about it, take a deep breath and carry on.

I don't. Driving safety and care for other road user is very important. If one driver has some emotional problem when driving a vehicle, his/her hot head will cause an accident.
I do notice people in their small car driving as if they are at a formula on racing. Or big expensive car don't give way. These people are nuts because they forget if any thing happen during driving, their life is at risk, even you are driving a big car or truck.
Never lose your head when you are driving because there are other people waiting to meet you at the end of your journey.

What really grinds my cookies is when driving at night someone behind me has their brights on. I don't do anything for fear of inciting road rage in this day and age. I would like to slow down to a snail's pace in a no passing zone, but have fear of being popped off.

Crazy soccer moms riding my a$$ in their SUV's. Any tailgaters for that matter. Rediculously slow people. People who refuse to get out of the fast lane when going 5 under. People who slam their brakes on for no apparent reason. The list goes on and on.

People who don't use their turn signals and lane changes. Also, people who buy cars as a status symbol but can't afford to keep them legally registered.
I have posted a question to see how many other people this bothers and was disappointed at the response.

People in such a hurry, switching lanes, crossing in front of others only to make it to a stop light and have to wait like everybody else. Jerks!!

ppl with window weather flaps and tinted windows who don't signal when changing lanes kind of annoy me.
I drive normally and stay in the same lane. eventually i will catch up to them as they constantly switch lanes, at which point i stomp on the accelerator and speed off to 50 mph.

people on cell phones who arent paying attention. And people who drive below the speed limit.
What do I do?, I drive a fast car, I pass their butts.
