Sometimes she comes to work like this, sometimes after a few hours she begins to reek. I don't want to hurt her feeling, Everyone in the whole store ,not just our department, is noticing. We work at a grocery store ,I'm supprised the customers are not complaining,or the store manager. They say your'e so used to your own smell, that you don't smell yourself anymore.Maybe she does not know? Is this possible?

For some people it doesn't depend only on washing or on the deodorant, she may have some hormone problems. The best thing to do is avoid her company as much as possible and not talk about it, because she might be offended. Besides, there always is some loud mouth who can't spear their thoughts and someone will spill it out before you do, don't worry!
If she ever asks you to a birthday or a Christmas party or somewhere where you have to bring gifts, you may try getting her a really nice set of shower gel, body lotion and deodorant all wrapped up in a nice package. It's smooth and she may take the hint.

give her a present for being a great manager and in the present put soap and other things that would make her smell better or just leave an anonymous note on her desk telling her she needs more deodorant or be a good friend and pull her aside and tell her maybe she might want to tell you something too!

That is such a tricky question to answer!
It all depends on the person. How well do you know her? How has she taken criticism in the past about other things? If she doesn't handle it well then I will let it go.
Personal hygiene is such a touchy subject.
Some people just cannot help it. Its just the way they are.
I wish I can help you but I think this is just one of those moments where you have to make the call yourself.

Tell her she wreaks of vagina and she needs to to bath in listerine and wear odor eaters for perfume. Just kidding, you dont tell her unless you wanna lose your job, sometimes honesty isnt the best policy, and if you ever wanna quit you can say " I quit, oh and by the way go take a shower because your always being stinky!"

Perhaps you can mention, in a subtle way, how much you love the new product you just bought and suggest she try it. The only other option is to be honest. It may hurt at first, but will help her in the long run.

If she has a supervisor over her then you need to speak to them about it and they are suppose to handle the situation. This is something for Human Resources to handle or the Store Manager if you don't have an HR person.
They are supposed to be train in this area and be able to do it tactfully.

Maybe when you get a chance alone you should ask her has anyone said anything to you about smelling bad and if she says yes then tell her she should do somthing about it and that you will help her with it.

Yes, it is possible she doesn't know...so have everyone chip in for a big surprise basket of bath products, soaps, scented lotions, etc. Maybe you'll get lucky and she'll use them...and maybe someone will get promoted, too.

Yes, it's possible that she does not know.

Get a group of employees together & approach her that way. Also, be sure to meet with her in a private setting in her office, restroom, or breakroom.
