Hi, have a look on the mother board, there should be a jumper switch looks like this below

bios
0-0 0
reset set

turn off computer first then move jumper to reset leave it there for 5 secs
then move it back, then you can turn computer back on.

If you forgot your BIOS password then there isn't much you can do about that. If this were a desktop I would suggest resetting the BIOS but I don't think that would do it. The manufacturer is the only one that can erase/remove/reset your BIOS password. Sorry, that's about all you can do.
