You didn't mention the age.. but young woman only .. I think if there is enough old and.. matured.. it will be OK to married.. but.. in the other side... it's depend on the one (boy or man) who will merry that young woman..will need to mature and enough old too..
What I understand on marrying is a combination of 2 lives into 1... If the relationship of each other is understand each other and.can have bright future..it will be more suitable for that couple.

you cannot generalize and say that young women cannot get married you instead could say an immature women should not get married I have friends who married at 18 and some are still together i married when i was 26 which i felst was to old ,so it really depends on the women and where her maturity level is .
