Here's a bit of history they don't teach in schools! It's sick and I can't believe ANY human being is capable of thinking like this. I posted this to make people aware of how history is still affecting us today.

I should have written my question like this,
Why are SOME blacks racist against other blacks? It is a fact, and I am not saying there isn't racism among other races/cultures, however what I want to discuss is blacks against blacks. I never said I knew everything about this issue, I'm sure there is lots more to learn. So Triger you need to get off your high horse and stop acting so defensive, I obviously intended NO disrespect, so why do you take it that way? If you want to discuss racism in other cultures post your own question!

Black on black racism is a complex issue. You can see it played out in Spike Lee’s 1988 movie “School Daze.” In the movie, the light skinned blacks vs. the dark skinned blacks, the uneducated vs. the educated, African American vs. African. It is all about superiority and inferiority from all angles. The cycle can be broken as each non-racist family raise their children to be non-racist. For the rest of the people, as you know with white racism, some people (blacks) are simply too stubborn to change.

First of all your link doesnt work. And second of all what you are talking about is totally false. Every race has its own fights not just blacks. Whites do, hispanics do, Asians do, ect. And just the fact that you dont know this shows your ignorance towards history. A man once said never make a convercation or an argument on a subject you know not fully about.

There are many with in black America who fit this stereotypes and they don't care that they are an embarrassment to the rest of blacks who want to be seen as black people with alot to offer.
