Both cucumbers and moist tea bags work very well for this. Leave them on for about 1/2 hour and rest while they're on. Also consider drinking the full 8 glasses of water a day and taking a multivitamin with iron.

Cucumbers work OK, but chamomile tea bags soaked in cool water work better. They have an anti-inflammatory ingredient in them.
