There is a very large difference between knowledge and wisdom.
Knowledge is intellect based on learning rote or book.. Knowledge is gained from information..
The key to wisdom is insight and common sense, I know a lot of people who are intelligence but do not have the common sense to beat their way out of a wet paper bag.
How to become wise? Listen more, talk less, observe all.
There is a saying, I don't know exactly if this is the phrase but
it's like this. Keep your mouth shut and keep them guessing,
open your mouth and prove yourself the fool.
Wisdom does not require flaunting it. People that try to prove themselves "Wise" too often open their yaps.
I found a lot of good assistance in developing insight from some short quips, like from the Book of Proverbs and Ecclesiates, Ben Franklin, Thomas Paine, (to name a few)..
Live your life with integrity.

Inform yourself...study and read a lot. Listen to the opinions of others to widen your points of view. Observe life around you and all its variations. Open your mind to all possibilities. A narrow outlook is not that of a wise person.

Listen to your parent's advice (if they are good people), read the Bible (read the book of "Proverbs") read it every day or if you like repeat the whole book, you will really learn from it
Being "wise" is way too different from being intelligent and smart being "wise" means you know what's right and what's wrong, from good or bad, what could please people by doing good.
the book i told you about in the Bible isn't only about wisdom it's about manners too

Draw yourself closer to God. Use your mind, feelings and physical body for His glory and all you need and want will come with it. It may not come immediately but it will. In fact, He is already within all of us. The determining factor is the degree of our cognition and acceptance. I have tried it. I have become wiser than before. However, cognition and acceptance needs practice. Practice makes perfect. I am still practicing for perfection.

First you must define "wise". Only then will you be able to create a path to it. It's different for everyone.
