Why do people point to their wrist when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom?

People get the wrong interpretation when you point at your crotch. People point to their wrist because it's not a private portion of your body. We expose our wrists daily, that's why we don't have a problem, but once we point to a section of the body that we don't expose, then that's a problem.

to make sure that even if the person did not hear what he/she said they are asking for time when pointing to the wristwatch......................and u dont point to the person's crotch when asking for the bathroom directions b'coz bathroom is not the only thing associated wid ur crotch, or bathroom is not the only thing associated wid a crotch
