You shouldn't exterminate the trees. If you do, the birds won't have a place to live, you won't have shade from the sun, and the earth will start to shift around more. The tree roots, hold the land in place, so there are no landslides. If you chop the tree down, the roots will rot. If you don't like trees, move somewhere in a city, that has nothing but buildings. I think it's wrong to chop down trees just because someone doesn't like them.
