go to your local plumbing store on get yourself an offset toilet base adapter.you want to be sure it has no leaks because leaks now mean more troubles down the road

Considering that this is one appliance that you never want to leak from the bottom I would strongly urge you to call a plumber and have the new one set properly. Even a slight leakage can cause excessive damage in the subfloor (aside from the health consideration) and replacing a floor is a lot more expensive than putting it in properly.

Yes there is an "offset flange" that you can get that has a slight angle to the flange. You put it on the original toilet flange and turn the offset whichever direction you want to move the toilet. Good luck
