Stop worrying about what's she's thinking about and start pleasing her. If you're doing everything right she won't be able to think of anything else.

Start using words and talking during sex so that it's your voice she is hearing therefore she'll have no choice to think of you. Or you could just ask her outright who she is thinking about. But most of all, stop worrying so much. Sex will be a source of great displeasure for you if you are thinking of things other than pleasing your wife.
