Does someone with a higher IQ get bored more easily than someone with a lesser IQ? Why?

people with high IQs don't get bored because they have somuch to think about and keep their mind busy.

Someone with a lesser IQ gets bored easily bec of the intelligence. The alertness or the quick thinking and analysing power are simply not there. The mind-set is also attuned to a lower IQ and because of this the rational also may not be there. Someone with a greater IQ level does not get bored easily. This is what i feel.

I think it depends on the person, but generally a person (high IQ or Low) when not doing anything constructive would get bored. I low IQ person might have fun and not be bored making something, and a person with high IQ might have fun and not be bored reading or creating something...either way...boredom gets the best of all of us, no matter what..

I do'nt think IQ does anything with a person who gets bored. It will be just the same,whether you have a less or high IQ.

getting bored is a normal human nature, everbody no matter the IQ level gets bored at some point of time from something or the other. so just chill and stop worrying friend.

me and this other chick had the highest IQ in the school,I got bored so easily,even in the higher classes.

I think boredom is a form of anxiety. Humans always feel the need to be doing something, going somewhere or seeing someone because we are taught to seek achievement and when we dont, we get bored and restless. This is a mistake because we dont have to do anything to become better people. People sometimes forget that we are human beings, not human doings.

People who are imaginative, creative, explorer & adventrous get easily bored. Nothing to with higher or lower. IQ.

i'm a individual that gets bored very honestly. i assume the advancements made in technologies and leisure do no longer recommend THAT lots to me. i'm sorry if that sounds boastful, despite if that's genuine. i in my view think of that a number of those advancements has made the international a greater uninteresting place. absolutely everyone choose to do now's take a seat in front of their TVs or computing device displays. or maybe while they are out in a social putting, they are glued to their cellular telephones. Social interplay and actual interest is turning out to be area of the previous, and those are the flaws that i evaluate exciting. I crave adrenaline, exhilaration, and spending time with human beings. passing it sluggish on the computing device or despite is captivating for awhile, despite if it does not suffice my boredom. <3
