Sure, it's human! I just don't think we do it as much. Men are very visual, and we are very sensual. We have to feel a connection to a person first,(most of us anyway). Men get turned on by just looking. Everyone gets bored, and likes to fantasize.

I don't think as often as men, I have had dreams that i'm with another man going at it, and when I look up it always ends up being my husband. I don't know where that comes from or what it means.

I personally do not, but I dont know about any other women, I have a great sex life so I dont have to think about another man maybe if my hubby wasnt pleasing me.
