Keep taking your prenatil vitamins, get alot of support from your family so you can get rest. You won't look like yourself right after you have your baby, it takes time. Makes sure your emotions are in check cause we can get postpartum depression for a lot of things. Find a doctor if your feeling really down about it. Take your baby for walks. Keep yourself busy. Make sure you get time for you because you will be really tired in the beginning but i will I'll come back eventually. Eat healthy, and begin very slow exercises.

Oh dont worry, the dark patches go soon after you ahve the baby. And the best way to loose the extra baby weight it to breastfeed, it burns up LOADS of calories and it's really good for your baby. Good luck!

You need to take folic acid tablet twice a day after meals to get rid of dark patches. After giving birth, wear corset under garments. Start doing basic exercises, stretches, some yoga and make sure you do stomach crunches everyday. Go to a beauty shop and get yourself groomed, get your hair done, you'll definitely feel better. Take care!

The best thing to do is after your six week period of rest after you have your baby, start slowely excersizing again, drink lots of water, and if you can breastfeed do that b/c it burns like 2,000 calories per DAY. Breastfeeding is a big helper in getting back your shape.
Also, drink lots of water, and eat healthy.
