WHat I would like to do is scream . But i have learned that even if it a person who has made me mad I try not to let them see it and that usually makes them mad, or if there is anyway to laugh it helps. Spending quiet time maybe walking or out in the woods somewhere where I can realize what my life is really about and that I am not an angry person, kind of like just "letting go". It is also helpful to use the anger to make me a stronger person.

Take a breath and let it roll off your back, Decide weather or not what you are being mad about is really worth being mad about. raise your hands up and say to yourself ughh. We have a choice of being mad or staying in control.
Mad controlls your heart
Forgiveness renders light.
Example you are having an argument with some one in the kitchen, yelling and mad overtones control the moment, but then the phone rings: and we are all calm to answer it. you choose to calm down to answer the phone. This means you can calm down about anything.
Beliive in Jesus: Then your life will change for the better and being mad will not consume you. Forgiveness leads to Forgiveness.

I call my ex-girlfriend and try to make small talk. It ends disastrously and i am more mad than ever before. Helps me in forgetting the previous thing i was mad about in the first place.

Depends on why I'm mad. Most of the time I start slamming things around and cuss at people who get in my way. Then there are times when I get real quiet... that's when everybody better back off!

Usually, I try to understand why I'm mad first.
If it's something that's got me seething, I
a) rant and rave on my blog or talk to someone about it.
b) load a beat-em-up game on the PC
c) punch a nearby wall. I usually soften the blow at the last minute though.

Or I watch lots of anime and movies to take my mind of off it..
