Working last night and had some stuff the needed painted. Finished up round 10:30 and around 2:30 had problems and severe pain while trying to urinate, has gotten a little better the last couple hours. But still not making water like usual

No. Sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection. You should have your doctor check that out. In the meanwhile, drink lots of water and cranberry juice (100% juice, not cocktail ).

Paint vapors can be toxic to your liver and may lead to liver damage. For a kidney problem - try drinking cranberry juice! If the problem does not clear up right away see a doctor.

well some types of hydrocarbons in paints used to break down into bad forms of alcohol in the liver, But most of that has been removed in modern paints

one has nothing to do w/ the other-possible kidney or urinary tract infection or a kidney stone-
