You should be able to get 3.00 to 5.00 dollars for it, depending if you sell it directly to someone who wants it or to a comic book store. Do not really expect to get more than this, even if the pricing guides say it is worth more. It was heavily printed so their are a lot of copies floating around.
As for the comment of Comic Books being a poor investment, they are not intended as such, and if you buy comics to make money, then you probably will be sorely disappointed. However, that said, some comics do appreciate in value quite rapidly, it all depends on their importance and rarity.

For the record comic books are about the worst investment a person can make.
