I think the dead sea is the lowest body of water but I don't know whats the lowest land mass. Sorry

the marianas trench in the pacific ocean land on the surface though I do not find, although I was in the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico and the main cave is 700 feet below the surface and I know there are much deeper than that, some are probably as deep as several miles
