Don't think, just do it as the others have said. I have taught in front of 200 university students and many others and the best lectures I have ever given were those that I have just stumbled into and had no time to think about. Fact is, that is how I am teaching most of my classes now. I have all of my lessons planned out but I never dwell upon the fact that I am "in front" of people.
When you are teaching, you are going to look like an ***. It is part of the job... so go with it. I keep my students interested by being a total idiot half the time. Once you get that business out of the way and stop taking everything so seriously, that is when you are more comfortable and can actually start teaching.
Remember when you used to stress over exams and then you end up forgetting everything? Same happens when you are teaching. If you just relax and go in there with an attitude that will allow for anything to happen, it will relax you... and your students.

I agree with Stormy... you have to just take a deep breath and do it. I used to have problems speaking in public until I was forced to give speeches in my communications class. Now I'm fine talking to large groups. It just takes practice.
I used to get scared because I feared that people would judge me if I made a mistake, for what I was wearing, etc. but I came to realize that these self-depricating thoughts were only in my head, and that no one that was listening to me was actually doting on these thing.

The only opponent you have is yourself.
I tell myself this when something seems frightening.
