In the US, the black widow is most poisonous. The brown recluse is also a very poisonous spider, which is found in Southwestern US and CA. The funnel spider, found in Australia, are very poisonous, and can cause death without the antivenom. However, it is only the male who poses a great threat, there are no recorded deaths from a female funnel spider bite.
So, I would say it's probably a three way tie.

dont know about the world, but look at the brown recluse, and black widow. also all spiders are poisonous to a certain degree.

If you don't know what spider it is how can you be certain it's not the daddy long leg?

Heh, looks like someone watched mythbusters...I would say it is a toss up between the black widow and the brown recluse
