Hillary is a sharp woman. She is strong inside and would NEVR let any Neocon make her feel otherwise. She has worked hard to get where she is and I know that she sincerely cares for the average American. She is a true patriot. Her commitment to our country is reflected in her agenda that emphasizes the security of our nation, strong economic growth, affordable health care for all Americans, retirement security, honest government, and civil rights. I know she stuck with Bill through out the Monica thing because she a gracious democrat who has tremendous courage. She loves Bill the same way most of America still loves him and she showed the world how truly patriotic she is by sticking with the leader of this country through good and bad times. We need someone like her, someone with that kind of courage to get our country out of this mess created by Bush.

This is an opinion piece. It's not factual. Hillary lives in her own little dream world and believes that if she spreads the lies often enough, everyone will believe them.
She has no facts to back up her stories about how middle-class America is suffering. The article even quotes some real numbers which show that we're doing pretty well.
Just where does she think the $500 for each new baby will come from? And why should people who don't have kids have to pay yet more money to those that do? They already get huge tax breaks, free schools, free buses to get the kids there, and all sorts of other freebies. This is nothing but an attempt to buy more welfare votes by offering them taxpayer money.

Well, if you do your homework properly, which I know you aren't interested in anyway (because that would let facts get in the way of a good story) Bill was born into a poor family. His mother was abused, his father was an absent traveling salesman, and his stepfather was an alcoholic. Hillary was born into a middle class family. It's not about where these two are NOW ... it's about where they have come from, and neither of these two have been born with silver spoons in their mouths, unlike Dubya... who, thanks to his dad's oil exploits, had access to all the money and resources that he coulda ever wanted as a kid. I know you will refuse to agree, but the Clintons have worked hard for what they have, and they also give millions of their money to charity. Their service in the interest of their country over a long period can't be questioned just because you don't agree with them politically. There's no use holding a grudge against them because they are rich now... when they weren't before.

She's right - for anyone to say that they are living better now under Bush than they did under her husband (you know what I mean, even if it is fitting) they are delusional at best.
Should Hillary run for President, I'm betting on closeted Republican woman to vote for her for the reason of it being a gender breaker for women. Every woman that ever heard as a young child "you can be anything you want and if you work hard enough, you could become President"...
Let's face it - she can't create any more of mess than what Bush has done for the last 6 years - besides, at least the Clintons can go overseas without being heckled & protested like our entire current administration gets when traveling...

how do you think all this is going to be accomplished? YOUR tax dollars. with the economy finally making a turn for the better and i'm not saying where the problem was, that's another discussion, but the economy is turning upwards and the dems can only say it's getting worse? why is that? because they all blindly follow the media and believe every word they say about how horrible the country is doing. I don't agree with the way everything has been handled the last 6 years and my friends have heard at length what i would have done in certain circumstances that is nearly opposite of what the current administration has done.
just don't be sheep, people.

Until Hilary is asked the questions she has been ducking (with the help of a fully cooperating news media) I can't take her seriously.
What was her role in White water scandal?
Why is she staying married to a philandering sex addict?
Why is she never questioned publicly about her corrupt campaign financing?
The list goes on but you get the point. The only people that ask these question are the conservative talk show hosts that you can't take too seriously because of their agenda.
If the Democrats want to win the White House back in 2008 then they are going to have to start campaigning on issues not emotionally charged rhetoric.

Nice sound bite, but otherwise, it's typical campaign rhetoric.
Home ownership is at an all-time high and unemployment is way down. Things aren't perfect, but they ain't bad. Especially, considering the global situation.
When the Democrats can show me something concrete, and not just say, "We'll do it better than Bush," then we can talk.

"Only liberal Democrats like Hillary Clinton could attack an economy that has produced 5.4 million jobs in the last three years, grew 5.6 percent in the first quarter, increased payroll employment in 47 states and is the envy of the industrialized world,"
First of all, the economy is in great shape. Second, the story does not say anything about what she proposes to change. So she is just spreading lies to bash the president, and not offering any ideas of her own. You are right that it is insightful, it shows us that she is just another blow-hard politician, spewing hatred, hoping suckers like you will ignore the fact that she does not have any ideas of her own.

the american family is the cause of whats gone wrong in america .
BY allowing members to run around doing there own thing and not contributing to the family america has lost's it's bearing .I would not need to provide healthcare or aide to one single member of society but for the family that refuse's to accept respocibility for it's members .
SO aunt sally is doing drug's , that's her life .WELL you are wrong for when she does this she become's aburden to everyone else and the family who should help her is free and clear to avoid the full burden of not assisting her .
THE state must pick up this burden .I think not it is the family that is after all the one's who should bare the burden .THEY are the one's closet to the problem and allowed it to get out of control.
WHY should i contribute one penny to this individual when it is not my burden.
MY family comes first and to take what i earn and give it to the care of anyone but my own family is plain theft as far as i am concerned .

Sorry. I don't trust Hillary. The Dems should find a better candidate - and I don't mean Al Gore with a makeover. Sorry no suggestions here.
