All 12 signs have positive and negative characteristics. Power can be in many forms: might, control, knowledge etc. It is impossible to state that one sign is more powerful or weaker than another.

I would say Cancer cause it is the nurturer, and represents children. They tend to have a hord of $$$ stashed away somewhere (a few paltry thousands or so).

No maybe it's Aries cause of the energy and the crusade they are on. Nice butt too.

Then no maybe it is Sagittarius with God on their side.

Hmm, maybe Aquarius with their ability to sway populations with their words.

Well then, maybe it is Capricorn with them climbing their way to the top of the social and business world. Dang they're cute too.

But those gemini's sure are quick. And I kinda like their Harley Davidsons too.

I guess it has to be Leo with the generosity and the love. They are so creative too.

But then there is the Taurus with it's strength and simple ways and comfortable house. Don't argue with them. They are awfully good in bed.

Still where would we be without Virgo people taking care of all of the details we leave out. They are a healthy bunch, and notice everything too.

I wonder though if maybe it is Pisces. You never really know what is on their mind, and they are so psychic. They are like the sum of the other signs all in one. Wasn't Jesus really a Pisces?
Pisces is so giving and self sacrificing for others. Great actors too.

But the perception and sexuality of Scorpio is hard to overcome. So healing, so magnetic, so sexual, so intense. Still water runs deep here. Powerful stuff indeed.

But then the Libra people are so charming that it's hard not to like them. They are just beautiful. How can one refuse someone they like so much as the libran.

Well, I can't really decide. Maybe power comes from the individual, and not the sign at all.

Weeeeellllll, I would say that Capricorn is in many ways (no I'm not cappie). The reason I say this is because Aries is the diamond of the zodiac and therefore the *strongest*. But with Cappies being so down to earth and reliable they are known to top an Aries, which as an Aries I find this distrubing.

The weakest would have to be one of the water signs. I would not choose Pisces because of their natural mystical abilities, so it would probably be Cancer for me. They are nuturing homebodies and that leaves them open to many hurts through out their days.

But if what you are asking is the silly question of *best* then that is ridiculous as each sun sign has its merits and strengths and each its faults and weaknesses. No one sign is always on top and no one sign is always on the bottom.

Then you also have to take into consideration the moon, or ascension as this is infinitely more important than what sun sign you are.

In MY OPINION, none of the signs are stronger or weaker, but if I'd have to pick, I would say Pisces or Aries are the weakest, for different reasons. Pisces is a weak-willed and 'floating' sign to me. Example: Kurt Cobain, who's wife convinced him to kill himself and he was also delusional, BUT STILL ROCKED! and also Ted Kennedy is a Pisces. As for Aries, I cite: Hitler (an Aries/Taurus born on cusp) and we all know why and what Arian personality traits he GOT! Simply awful. However, Aries could be a rather strong sign too- Rebirth. And Most Powerful: Virgo is my opinion too. We have the most Billionairs amongst our sign, so we gotta be doing something right, plus, all the best ppl are Virgos- Dave Chappelle and Adam Sandler, Bill Murray- funny, intellegent and witty, and we've got hotties representing as well - Beyonce, Claudia Schiffer, Shania Twain, Rose McGowan, Cameron Diaz, Keanu Reeves, Raquel Welch, Ryan Phillippe, Jada Pinkett Smith, Sophia Loren, Luke Wilson, and of course, Scott Baio. That or Scorpios. LOL. what a good question to answer Just for fun! HAHA! Notice how all the leos say they are the most powerful- because they are SO SO arrogant and vain! No surprise there. They just forget they can also be incredably dramatic, in fact- love drama, have personalitys that stick out like a sore (and ultimately infected) thumb- or much like an unwanted, talkitive, crude, and annoying aquaintance who thinks you are just DIEING to worship them, ... are extreame attention hoes!

No sign is weaker or stronger- esp. not Leo, with an over abundance of such drama loving attention whores like Leos, one can't say they make a 'worthwhile' statement on most days, especially not a powerful one- maybe one that is arrogant and egotistical, and big surprise all the Leos posted in here that their sign is the most powerful- because that question itself is simply rediculous. Every sign has it's strengths and weaknesses, and if there was a strong sign, all one needs to do is read all the above posts to know where Leo's strength's are: In their fat heads and their big mouths and obviously no where good like their brains!

None. Because you have each sign in your chart. The sign most powerful is the sign you chose to be born under. There is no weak or strong sign. It's all modified by your chart. Where's your sun, moon, mercury, rising sign, etc? Are you lacking in earth? Then you may be obsessed with gardening, or money, because that is weak in your chart. (you lack grounding). Are you lacking the element water? Maybe you need to have an aquarium in your house or you are obsessed with buying music cd's, or you take piano lessons , whatever, because you need to make up for that lack, or people consider you emotionally cold. There's no such thing as the most powerful and weakest. Get your chart done by somebody reputable. Usually, and I'm talking generals here, the weakest is your opposite; and that's what you need to learn to make up for: ie - if you're an aries sunsign, for example, you need to learn to stop being selfish, headstrong, daring and rash, and learn cooperation, and stop thinking," Let's just do it," when maybe you ought to think about things first and how it might affect others in your life. Virgo? You need to learn to quit being such a nitpicker and accept people for what they are because not everybody is as perfect as YOU think you are. Gemini, stop thinking of only yourself and immediate family and your own little place in the universe, and realize there is a whole other world out there, and they have feelings too. Just examples.
But if you're asking powerful as in "to the death" kind of power, Scorpio. If you are their best friend they will give their life for you because death to them is nothing to fear. A scorpio woman will see a child in danger, and not give it a second thought. She will put her own life aside, and push that child aside or cover it with her own body to protect it from harm. A Leo will say, "Hey, I feel bad. But it wasn't my kid." Gemini will say, "Gee, I feel so bad, but he shouldn't have been playing on the railroad tracks in the first place." Cancer will say, "Oh, my God, I'm just so upset. You need to feel sorry for me." Again, just examples.

Scorpio is the strongest...he is born to adventure, take a risk come out on top, all of them strong well built, strong physique, if there is a thin one...he is stronger than iron( this is all about physical strength). if it comes to mind...he is determined a kind of person who will never is fragile...who does not like fragile thing or being...due his mental strength...he will never give up unless he achieve what he wants...yes his dream has never been just a dream once it crosses his mind...i am the living example and i have seen many.( of course this holds true in my opinion if there is as such a thing that there is a strong sign...as the questioner would like to know...and yet i do not believe there is a strong sign as all of them have their weakness as they have their strength).
