I didn't see the movie Girl Next Door but I look up the soundtrack list and there must be about forty songs or more in this movie maybe you can look it up and look for the song and the artist or writer of this tune you are looking for in scene 27.

The reason it is not listed at the end of the credits is because it is the fourth or fifth song listed. The song is called This Year's Love by David Gray.
