We've had 42 Presidents, plus ONE puppet that pretends to be President while he keeps an earpiece hooked up to the REAL President, LimpDick Cheney, so that Cheney can tell him exactly what he's supposed to do and say.
If Cheney has a fatal heart attack, George W. Bush is literally just a heartbeat away from the Presidency of the U.S.A.!

Well George Washington was supposed to be the First...but historical evidence states that there was one before him...but we didnt acknowledge him as our president since at that time our government was broken in several factions...so we have had over 30 presidents in our country
