Black and brown are both neutrals. They can be worn together. But if you're going to an interview, why so drab?? I'd wear a turqouise silk shirt with a brown suit to add some color...and don't be afraid to accessorize!! You don't want to blend in with the woodwork! Good luck on your interview.

If you can tie some other black in, it would be fine. A black blouse, or scarf, etc. If the outfit is all brown, the black shoes are probably not the best idea.

Not really. Unless you coordinate something else with those black shoes; hand bag, necklace, scarf, etc. If the outfit is all brown, the black shoes will be strong on it.

what color is the skirt? If it's brown too, then black shoes are fine.

yes, you may. Most uniforms no matter what colour are co-ordinated with black shoes.
