ok lets take 1 thing at a time you are asking loads a questions..1st i would look at the job oppertunities first if you have a skill. if you have not. what job do you want to do..central london, outter london..ill give you some links to go to for this..
accomodation..this ranges from bedsits. 1 bed flats. hostals. you wont need any thing more than a 1 bed being as you will be staying alone..ill give you another link for rented properties...transport..well now theres a thing..dont get a car unless you will live out side london there is a congestion chare of £8.00 a day to keep a car here...even to enter london every one has to pay..theres loads of stations..there are loads of buses..but the traffic going through central london is mad so some times its better to walk...on any transport in london you can buy a all day ticket which will allow you to travel all over london on any transport including buses..which works out the cheapest option of all. banks there are too many to name itll be your choice. theres nothing to be scared of being in london just as any other country..of course you get beggars on the sctreets. the homeless. etc..the money a day will depend on what your every day needs are. food. gas electric. rent. it depends on your circumstances. a job..there are loads a papers. agencies. job centers. with the right help you could be in work.with in 48 hours. it may take a little longer as you have a visa. ill send you these links now good luck and if i can be of help please e amil me..

Okay, accomodation depends on what and where you live, its cheaper on the outskirts of London. Transport is cheaper if you buy an Oyster card, food is expensive but no more than the rest of the SE of England, the bank you choose is your personal choice - do some research, and basic pay depends on what job you have, you'll have to find that out for yourself.

you don't need better english, there are loats of comminities where people speak no english in london.

Where are you from, you will live in your part of london and turn it into a little version of your own country.
You will ignore our rules, laws and cultural norms.
You will rip off any benifits you can whilst doing meanial work none of us wants to, or become part of a criminal gang, sex trade or drugs usually. You will smoke, smell and generally complain that england is ****.

Why would you want to establish life in London when there is so much about it that you don't know? Best to stay at home.
