I have sent them to spam & I have even reported them.

if with yahoo you can select specific emailers and reject mail from their accounts. they will get an email failure everytime. it's somewhere in the after signing in. if you can't locate it exactly go to help.

Invest in a spam program like Spam Bully 3 or the like. Yes, you'll spend $30/year, however the program learns well and you can monitor your spam folder. Also, it has a feature that's called "bounce and punish" which sends an e-mail back to the sender that indicates a faulty account so the spammer usually removes your address.

There is no foolproof way to stop unwanted e-mails.
Maybe you can choose a hard to guess e-mail id and avoid disclosing your e-mail address on websites.
Yahoo seems better in handling spams.

Since you've done those two main things,
after that, just delete them, without opening.
You have set your filters in mail options, right?

Turn on spam guard if it is with yahoo and you should be fine.
