The best phone ( & the most bulky) is the Nokia N93 which features MPEG-4 VGA video capture at 30 frames per second, and 3x optical zoom with video stabilization. The phone can be directly connected to the TV for a wide-screen movie experience, or images and video can be uploaded to online albums and blogs. High-quality home movies can also be created and burned to DVDs with the included Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 software. featuring a 3.2 megapixels camera with Carl Zeiss optics. The N93 features large internal memory of up to 50 MB, which can be further expanded with a hot swap miniSD card to up to 2 GB, allowing users to capture up to 90 minutes of DVD-like quality video or up to 2500 high-quality photos. The phone is designed to work on wireless LAN, 3G (WCDMA 2100 MHz), EDGE, and GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) networks.
This is by far the best camera phone that you can get as of now. But because it has been launched today only, it might not be readily available in a local store & the price will be very steep as well.
Next time you ask such a question, please tell your location, budget & requirements. Also the details of your current handset.
Motorola V3i for 11100/- is a very good deal.
Nokia N91 & N80 are brilliant phones but are quite bulky.
Samsung SGH-X820 is just awesome. It packs in all the features in a mere 6.9mm. & it is still very easy to hold & use. It is priced at Rs.15800/-.And the Samsung SGH-X700 at around Rs.10,000/- is a good option as well.
Nokia 3230 is very good buy for Rs. 9600/-
Except the MotoRazr V3i all these handsets have an FM tuner.
Nokia has started shipping the N73 & N93 with almost double the price of other phones. Obviously they have super cool features especially the N93 but I don't think they are worth for the premium as yet. But all gadgets are always going to depreciate & the best & latest technology is always expensive & it keeps falling after that. So, the "worth" thing is not really easy to calculate.
You can drop in the details & I will have a better answer for You.

Nokia 6131 has a superb screen. Way better than any of the other phones mentioned. Even better screen than the Nokia N-Series!
Seeing as everyone likes the Motorola RAZR, don't be stereo-typical!! Might I suggest being a little different? How about the NEC N412? It is actually slimmer than the RAZR!
