No really understand your question. FTP is 'file transfer protocol', and it's a way to upload files into any given remote computer. Servers dont come cheap, you should try some web hosting service, check your phone/cable/isp, usually they are very reliable on this kind of service

Well what you should be looking for is just webspace, maybe using a web host company. You always have the option of running a ftp server from your own computer absolutely free. Heres a website i found seems cheap enough give it a look over.
