i think the selfishness of abortion.....unless its a result of a rape
if you really dont want the child, or cant afford it...there are many people out there that cant have children that cherish you for giving your child to them for adoption.

i had an abortion 2 years ago, it is not a nice experience i suffered very bad depression from the guilt, the reason i had 1 is because i was 17 no job no money been with my partner for 3 months, i felt i wasnt ready for a baby, it was the worst decision of my life and 2 years on me and my partner stuck through it and now we ar trying for a baby, the guilt is horrible and wouldnt put it on anybody to have one. think hard about what you want to do

Women who have abortions don't feel selfish by having them at the time, do they? And not all women have them for selfish reasons either.

I dare say a lot of them do feel guilty after but a lot of them will have done the right thing at that time in their lives. Accidents do happen, no matter how many precautions we take so it is unfair to say she should have been using protection, because for all we know, she may have been.

Do it and find out. If you are selfish enough to abort your baby, then you deserve the guilt.

Both are reasons not to do it, besides the fact that it ends a life.
