go to messenger.yahoo.com web page nd u will find option to install it just follow it.with in some time ur messenger will be installed in ur system.

go to yahoo's home page, http://www.yahoo.com
at teh very top of the page you will see a link to download yahoo messenger beta. click that link, next page click on "GET IT NOW"
it will take you to the next page where it tells you how to save the file and what to do with the saved file when you are done.
