I have tried and tried to get printer to print out a letter on Wordpad. The characters are so small and blurred that you cannot read it. I have tried letting the troubleshooter find the problem. No good! The ink jets are working, they keep going down some. Any ideas? Thanks. The printer USED to print out letters on Wordpad.

I have tried everything there is to try. Everyone says it is the ink cartridge but the black ink keeps going down everytime I try to print something. Things just keep coming out smudged--you can read the beginning of what I type but it fades out at the end of the page so that you cannot tell what it says. IS this the printer? Or is it the ink? I will have to order the ink cartridge from Dell in Texas and if I order this, will it fix the problem? If anyone has any advice for me, I would appreciate it. Thanks. Even on the test page, the "K" part in black seems not right, but the rest of it is fine. Again, thanks.

why don't you try to copy the text first to other programs then, print it...
If the page printed as the way it is then there is somethin wrong with the application..
If still, the page doesn't print as the way it should be, then there is somethin wrong with the printer.

k this problem will be easily solved! check u were install printer soft wareif in't so do it nd check ur software u will have option for adjusting pagesnd adjust it.
Thn if u have already install software better check the option and adjust it.
Thn if ur problem is not ressolved better uninstall ur software restart ur system nd reinstall ur software.
Check the wordpad u have choosen correct ruler option!

check ur printer setting and page setup than also not printing so try to go in print area option and select it give print option

I'd try uninstalling your software and then reinstalling it. sometimes that's all it takes to fix a problem. Make sure to restart your system too.
